Planning and Development Amendment Bill 2020 (Bill No. 192)
On the 28th May 2020, the Planning and Amendment Bill was read for the third time in the lower house of the WA Parliament.
The purpose of this bill is to amend the Planning and Development Act 2005, and to make related amendments to the Environmental Protection Act 1986 and the Community Titles Act 2018.
