Structure Plan - Lot 9000 Bussell Highway, Margaret River

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (the Shire) has received a proposal for a Structure Plan at Lot 9000 Bussell Highway, Margaret River.

This proposed structure plan, known as the Margaret River South Structure Plan will facilitate the subdivision and development of the land including:

• 411 residential lots at a variety of densities ranging from R10-R60;
• Land Lease Retirement/Lifestyle Village;
• Public Primary School Site; and
• Integrated open space network.

The proposal involves a new structure plan which has been prepared following a Local Planning Scheme No. 1 (LPS1) Amendment to rezone the subject land to 'Future Development'. The subject land was rezoned by Amendment 74 to LPS1, which was considered by the Shire in July 2022.
