The Shire has received a proposed Structure Plan for Lot 9014 John Archibald Drive, Margaret River. The proposal seeks to develop a land lease community/modular home estate with associated community and recreation facilities for residents over 50 years of age.

The Structure Plan shows the intended development layout, location of roads, public open space and access points to the site. The property has been earmarked for development since 2006.

Community feedback is sought on the proposed design, such as the number and size of lots proposed, the road layout, access to the site, the amount of public open space, and intended use for the site. View the detailed structure plan with appendices online or in hard copy at the Shire office.

This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment, and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.

Please be advised the applicant will be hosting a Community Consultation Session at 5pm on Tuesday 4 October at the Margaret River TAFE Campus. Please refer to the flyer for further information. Please note this session is not a Shire event.
