We constructed a new shared path along Tingle Avenue in Margaret River!

This pathway project has been organised by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River and jointly funded by the State Government as a part of the WA Bike Network Grants Program.

This area was identified as a gap in our path network in the Shire's 2016 Pathway Plan.

Contractors installed the path in December 2025. A copy of the path design can be viewed here.

As part of this project, a school holiday Art Workshop with local artist, Fi Wilkie was held. School-aged children and their caregivers took part in a hands-on workshop to design a public artwork for a utility cabinet on the Tingle Avenue shared path. See photographs of the session and the completed artwork below in the photo gallery.
