Proposed Cat Local Law 2022


The Shire of Augusta Margaret River has resolved to make a Cat Local Law 2022 under the Local Government Act 1995. The purpose is to promote responsible cat ownership and provide for the management of cats throughout the Shire of Augusta Margaret River. The effect is to establish provisions in relation to cats creating a nuisance and specifying places within the district where cats are prohibited absolutely.
