A development application has been received for a Community Purpose (Specialist Disability Accommodation) at Lot 752 Tingle Avenue, Margaret River (the site). The site does not form part of Reserve (R35489) and is privately owned. Its use is intended for a Community Purpose as per the Shire's Local Planning Scheme No.1.
The development includes the following:
- Three (3) Specialist Disability Accommodation dwellings, which include two (2) beds for residents and one (1) bed for a specialist carer;
- Two (2) Specialist Disability Accommodation dwellings, which include three (3) beds for residents and one (1) bed for a specialist carer;
- One (1) Communal Room for activities;
