- Double-storey frontage with verandahs and pitched gable roof for heritage-inspired appeal. Features a preserved gum tree as a natural gathering space.
- Street-Level Interaction – with reception, kitchen, lounge, and outdoor seating open to Bussell Highway.
- 10 ensuite rooms (including 1 accessible and 1 manager’s room).
- 10 dormitory rooms for up to 56 guests.
- Total Capacity: 20 rooms accommodating up to 75 people.
- Portion of building height (roof) exceeding Local Planning Scheme 1’s 10m height limit
