Thank you for your interest in the Local Biodiversity Strategy.
We are currently working with the community to make it the best Strategy we can
This will require different parts of the community coming together to shape the document and we need your help to make this happen in a community workshop.
Places at the community workshop and participants will be randomly selected from a pool of applicants that you can join. Those who join the workshop will work with other community members to:
- Understand ideas about biodiversity
- Review the current draft of the Biodiversity Strategy
- Decide on recommendations to Council on how to improve the Strategy
You don’t need to know anything about biodiversity – your understanding of what is important to the residents of Augusta Margaret River automatically qualifies you to apply to be part of this project.
The workshop will be held at the Augusta Council Chambers, 66 Allnut St on Tuesday 1 July from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Please provide your name and preferred contact details below. If you are randomly selected to be part of the workshop this information will be used to contact you.
