Rapids Landing Village Centre

The Shire has received a local development plan which will guide the future development of the Rapids Landing commercial precinct. The Local Development Plan includes development standards that inform the design of new commercial buildings in the precinct, as well as the layout of the future main street.

The Local Development Plan has been required through the previous proposal to increase the commercial floorspace in the centre, which was approved by the West Australian Planning Commission.
